The General Store at Serenbe carries artisan cured meats and salumi made from the best ingredients, produced responsibly and crafted by hand. We are the cheese counter to the farms and creameries that we proudly support and offer an array of sheep, goat and cow milk cheeses.
Behind every cheese is a cheesemaker hard at work and behind every cheesemaker is a dairy farm with its own unique story. Whether our producers raise their own animals or buy fresh, premium milk we are dedicated to old world, sustainable dairy farming practices and the preservation of ancient cheesemaking traditions.

The wines at the General Store at Serenbe are all tasted and personally selected by me. Our selection represents high-quality producers and are usually small, estate-focused wineries that make wine by hand and not machines is as all natural methods as possible. Organic, Biodynamic & Natural Wines are what we want to bring to you.
The wines are meant to bring something special to your glasses, meals and gatherings, whether the wines are value-driven or cellar-worthy. We also carry select domestic and imported beer with local and seasonal favorites.
